About Us
Pro-Motion Physiotherapy is a growing, patient-focused clinic in Winnipeg offering direct billing, Workers Compensation Board (WCB), and Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) services. We're building strong referral relationships with local physicians and community organizations, and we're investing in modern practice management systems so our therapists can focus on patient care instead of paperwork.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and progress reports
- Communicate patient progress with referring physicians and other members of the healthcare team
- Manage a caseload including private-pay, direct billing, WCB, and MPI clients
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture and collaborate with clinic staff on patient care and scheduling
Requirements
- Current, valid registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM)
- New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinic environment and managing a growing caseload

Pay: $65,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
