What You'll Do
Every treatment begins with listening.
You'll build lasting relationships with your clients by understanding their goals, providing thoughtful recommendations, and delivering exceptional treatments that produce real, visible results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing professional esthetic treatments with confidence, skill and care
- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals
- Educating clients on home care, maintenance and long-term skin health
- Recommending professional skincare products and future treatments
- Maintaining exceptional treatment room standards
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Continuing your professional education and expanding your clinical skills

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Esthetics diploma or certification (required)
- Minimum three years of professional esthetics experience
- Experience performing advanced facial treatments
- Strong knowledge of Dermalogica products and professional treatments
- Experience with advanced esthetic technologies is considered an asset
- Strong consultation, communication and retail sales skills
- Evening and weekend availability
