Work Part-Time to full time Monday-Friday.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented staff member to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and/or with others while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
WAGES:
- $16.50 Training wage during our 30 day training program.
- $17.50-$18.00 Starting wage after 30 training, pending performance.
- $18.50-$19.00 within the first year, pending ability and reliability. Yearly raises are applied.
- All members have EI. CPP & Tax deducted, no contract work. Members are paid bi-weekly.
WE OFFER OUR STAFF:
- A reoccurring list of clients, built to suit you availability.
- All environmentally friendly products, vacuum, equipment supplied.
- Tips go directly to staff.
- Staff members are insured, bonded and covered by WCB.
THE POSITION:
Working independently, our staff clean residential homes, apartments and condos. Staff work 1 on 1 in a 30 day PAID training program, along side our training supervisor who will offer support and technical guidance to ensure your success. Post training, our employees work in two homes per day, your schedule is consistent with reoccurring clientele, allowing your to become familiar with your clients and duties.
SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
SUCCESSFUL CANIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Be able to read and write English.
- Be in good physical condition .
- Have a clear criminal record.
- Be seeking a minimum of 1 year of employment.
- A valid class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for their transportation is an asset but not mandatory.
