Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and site visits.
- Conduct in-person client visits to build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Research leads using online platforms, business directories, and personal networks.
- Deliver impactful presentations and online demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Understand client staffing needs and recommend tailored workforce solutions.
- Qualify leads and convert them into long-term business accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed revenue goals.
- Provide professional, courteous, and reliable customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales and cold-calling experience.
- Staffing industry or employment agency experience (mandatory).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client and prospect locations.
- Passion for sales with a strong desire to build personal connections and grow a client base.
- Open-minded, personable, and comfortable meeting new people face-to-face.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Confident phone presence—capable of making 50+ calls daily.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with a results-driven attitude.
