Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to various projects across different work sites, supporting the overall operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, physically capable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Perform general manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the work site
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed, with proper training provided
- Support other team members in completing daily operational goals
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
