The position
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6 month contract basis to provide exceptional service to our customers. More specifically responsibilities will include:
- Building effective relationships and providing professional, proactive support services to W. Smith & Co. Ltd.
- Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring that queries and complaints are managed within agreed service levels
- Dealing with inbound customer calls and emails, logging queries, and ensuring escalation as required
- Providing information on price and availability of products
- Ensuring customer related documentation and database integrity is maintained
- Supporting internal stakeholders such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Regulatory & Quality, through effective communication and collaboration
Who you are
Your passion for customer service will be evident from your previous experience in a customer service environment.
The successful applicant will possess excellent listening skills, articulate and clear communication (with an excellent telephone manner) and be efficient and accurate with order management. You will enjoy interacting with different personalities and will thrive on meeting deadlines within an extremely fast paced team environment. Additionally you will have;
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team environment
- Experience working for a healthcare organization (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
- Experience with Oracle (highly advantageous)
