Now Hiring: Apprentice / Junior Roof Service Technician

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice or Junior Roof Service Tech who’s serious about learning the trade and wants a long-term place to grow. If you’ve got some roofing experience, know your way around the basics, and want to level up—we’ll help get you there.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced techs on leak calls, repairs, inspections, and service work.
- Learn how to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of roofing systems (shingles, torch-on, single-ply, metal, etc.).
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.
- Use company tablets and phones to log work (we’ll show you how).
- Keep your eyes open—daily bonuses available for spotting additional work!
What You Bring
- Roofing experience (1+ year required), or strong general construction background.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard and learn fast.
- Comfortable on ladders and working on roofs, in all weather.
- Willing to follow safety rules and take care of your workspace.
- Respectful with clients and your crew.
- A valid driver’s license is required
