A day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative at Fix Auto
· Serving customers in person via the telephone or emails.
· Effectively manage front office operations to ensure efficient organization and support the sales function
· Maintain & clean front office area ensuring it is tidy at all times
· Provide service to customers by reviewing the services offered and cross-sell different programs by explaining the advantage of our multiple service offerings.
· Communicate and interact with clients throughout the different technologies such as text messages, emails, etc.
· Review damage reports, repair orders and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.
· Create repair estimates for potential clients according to Fix Auto and insurance companies best practices/guidelines.
· Monitors vehicle to ensure timely delivery.
· Closing of RO files
· Receive, post, tag and put away parts.
· Maintain an organize parts area.
· Follow up on parts and credits.
· Post invoices in Dext and Quickbooks.
· Accounts Payable and Receivables.
· Cleaning vehicle occasionally when the detail department requires assistance
· Other related tasks as required.
