Full-time Superintendent position available for a 110 unit condominium building in the North End of Halifax. Experience preferred.
Compensation includes:
Competitive annual salary
Condominium unit (taxable benefit) - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, in-suite laundry
All utilities included - heat, hot water, electricity, cable, internet
One parking spot
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General maintenance of the building
Cleaning of all common areas (lobby, elevator, hallways, garbage/recycling shed)
Carrying and answering building cell phone 24/7 and responding to emergencies
Work in conjunction with the Property Manager to monitor subcontractors and communicate with the residents of the building
Some evenings and weekends required
