Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in drink preparation, friendly with customers, and able to multitask effectively. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a restaurant setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality service and products.
Responsibilities:
- Serve gelato, pastries, and sandwiches with care and attention to detail
- Prepare drinks including affogatos, matcha, hot chocolate, etc
- Demonstrate proficiency drink presentation
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare sandwiches, pastries and other desserts
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of barista experience or similar setting required
- Confident and competent in preparing drinks
- Flexible availability — Must be willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Able to work efficiently in a high-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Dependable, hardworking, and punctual
