Position Overview
This position is a member of the Business Solutions team, reporting to the Senior Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary contact/relationship manager for a portfolio of business partners in the development and implementation of strategic directions, new business opportunities, product initiatives, and service developments
- Consults with the business to understand its goals and objectives for a specific initiative or project and advises the business on the functionality, applicability, and usability of alternative solution
- Responsible for owning the solution to satisfy business needs
- Elicits, analysis, documents and manages business and solution requirements
- Acts as a primary requirements management contact on projects
- Builds relationships and works collaboratively with stakeholders to identify solutions and resolve variance from product/application specifications
- Reviews testing documentation and participates in triaging defects to ensure business needs and solution requirements are met
- Participates in post implementation reviews and processes (e.g. lessons learned, post-install application verifications, warranty support reviews etc.)
- Provides subject expertise on specific application usage or area of knowledge (e.g., setting up customer data on various products)
- Leads business analysis activities for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) initiatives, including eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping business processes, validating solution designs, and supporting user story development within an Agile delivery framework.
- Collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Salesforce administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to refine backlogs, define acceptance criteria, support sprint planning, and ensure delivered Salesforce FSC capabilities align with business objectives.
- Supports other team members in achieving project/ business objectives and providing client services
- Fosters a positive work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive business analysis/business consulting experience, supporting and leading large/enterprise-wide projects
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task in a multi-faceted role within a high-paced environment
- Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management
- Experience in large-scale implementations of third-party solutions
- Hands-on experience in business process modelling using UML, BPMN or similar techniques
- Hands-on experience in identifying, documenting, and communicating data requirements
- Knowledge of the project management lifecycle (PMLC) and experience with various applications of the software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile
- Expertise in Wealth Management domain and Wealth Management Front Office and Back Office Full Service is a definite advantage
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience in a business analysis role, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, solution validation, stakeholder engagement, and support for Salesforce implementation and configuration activities
- Working knowledge of SQL is a strong asset
- Familiarity with business assessment tools (e.g. feasibility studies, business cases, cost/benefit analysis, project sizing and costing) is an asset
Education
- University degree/college diploma
- Canadian Securities Course or related certification is an asset
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) – IIBA is an asset
- Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, is an asset
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $94,500-$115,500.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
