Altera Roof Services Ltd. is a growing commercial flat roofing company based in Maple Ridge, BC, specializing in SBS, EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane systems. We're looking for an experienced roofer to join a small, hands-on crew working commercial and industrial reroofing and repair projects across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
What you'll be doing:
- Installing and repairing SBS, EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems on commercial/industrial buildings
- Working alongside the crew on flashing, membrane work, and detailing
- Helping train and mentor a less experienced crew member on-site
- Representing Altera professionally on client and GC job sites
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on commercial flat roofing experience
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision once trained on our systems and standards
- Experience with hot work / torch-applied SBS an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Red Seal or working toward it an asset, not required
- Reliable, safety-conscious, takes pride in the work
What we offer:
- $40-50/hr depending on experience
