Braden Interiors is a locally owned and operated construction company in the Interlake area. We have built a reputation within the industry in the past 30 years, one of trust and dedication to quality. Our business is primarily built around the insulation, drywall, taping and painting of custom residential homes and light commercial.
We are looking to add an energetic team player to join our paint division. This individual will join a team of professional painters who deliver quality in a positive work environment for all, including the customer, contractor, and other trades.
Responsibilities:
- Perform proper protection of work areas. (contents, floors, windows etc.)
- Perform proper surface prep to all substrates. (drywall, millwork, wood, metal etc.)
- Apply primer, paint, and stain using industry standard methods. (spraying, cutting, rolling)
- Be comfortable working with heights on ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts.
- Interact with trades, contractors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- To communicate with management the jobsite requirements, and materials etc.
- Adhere to company safety policies, code of conduct, and jobsite requirements.
- Proper documentation related to jobs and time sheets is imperative.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience and/or your journeyman card.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work with others.
- Strong work ethic.
- Punctuality and good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with data.
- Fluent in English.

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based off experience.
