Now Hiring: First Aid & CPR Instructor (Red Cross) – Moncton
We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as First Aid & CPR Instructors. If you work well independently, enjoy meeting new people every day, and aren’t afraid of a little responsibility (or a friendly dog ), this could be a great fit.
This is a Casual position with the potential to lead to full time.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging First Aid & CPR training to individuals and groups
- Work independently while representing our organization professionally
- Travel to training locations as required (varies by role)
- Create a positive, welcoming learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working alone and taking initiative
- Takes genuine pride in their work and helps maintain a positive, professional work environment. A genuine people person who enjoys meeting new faces
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional
- Not afraid to work and take ownership of your role
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- No fear of or allergies to dogs — there is a dog onsite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset but not necessary
Experience & Training
- No instructor certification required to apply
- Full training provided
- Teaching or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required
