Gary Moe Mazda in Red Deer is growing and looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help guests find their next vehicle while delivering a world-class experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism — in-person, online, and over the phone.
- Listen to customer needs and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Follow a proven sales process with full support from our management team.
- Maintain contact with leads using our CRM (Activix) and perform daily follow-ups.
- Collaborate with our Service, Parts, and Finance teams to ensure every customer leaves thrilled.
- Prospect and generate business through calls, online engagement, and community connections.

What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Prior automotive or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
