Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, contributing to improved patient outcomes across various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and pediatric care. The Registered Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and medical standards during therapy sessions
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution
- Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially in acute care settings
- Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
- Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
