From whale watching to grizzly bear adventures, you’ll be part of delivering world-class wildlife experiences on the BC coast.We're currently recruiting for Guest Experience Coordinators for our 2026 season who are passionate about wildlife and the outdoors, and love meeting people from around the world!
We operate marine centres in Campbell River and Comox, with the season running from mid May to October. We offer flexible shifts of 4 days on and 4 days off.
Responsibilities include:
- Open and closing procedures at marine centres
- Check-in guests for tours
- Provisioning of vessels for tours
- Answer phones and respond to email inquiries
- Provide local information and take new tour bookings
- Sales of gift shop items
- Clean, organize and sanitize marine centres
- Assist with getting passengers geared up for zodiac tours
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English
- A love for wildlife and the outdoors
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
