Fitset Ninja is a leading ninja obstacle training organization with thriving locations in Edmonton and Calgary, AB, and we’re growing fast. This summer, we’re launching an exciting pop-up location in Kelowna, BC, marking the first step toward establishing a permanent presence in the Okanagan. Our long-term vision is bold: to bring Ninja Obstacle Sports into the mainstream and expand Fitset Ninja locations across Canada.

What Will You Be Doing?
Our Guest Experience team is responsible for ensuring smooth, consistent daily front desk operations and delivering a high-quality guest experience at Fitset Ninja. This role is central to maintaining accuracy in administrative processes, supporting member and trial journeys, and creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for athletes and families.

Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality front desk service and in-person guest interactions
- Greet and assist athletes, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Respond to inquiries across in-person, phone, email, and social media channels
- Act as a reliable source of information regarding memberships, bookings, and general facility operations
- Support facility maintenance by completing cleaning, restocking, inventory and organization duties
- Ensure waiver and booking records are accurate and up to date
- Administer First Aid and incident reports as required
- Process check-ins, purchases (memberships, concessions, merchandise), and bookings accurately
- Support the free trial process, including confirming bookings and meeting defined KPIs related to trial conversion
- Conduct follow-up communication with trial participants who did not purchase membership
- Execute retention calls to support member engagement and continuation
- Follow established SOPs while identifying practical improvements where appropriate
- Provide necessary information to Customer Service Team for follow up
- Uphold Fitset Ninja’s values of growth mindset, teamwork, and passion for helping others
- Provide feedback to leadership on how Fitset Ninja can deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and organized facility environment
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a recurring weekly basis
- Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed prior to start date
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C required within three months of hire date
