Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cladder (ACM) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing aluminum composite material (ACM) cladding on building exteriors, ensuring precise craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction, carpentry, and the use of hand tools, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. The Cladder (ACM) plays a vital part in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and durability of commercial and residential structures through expert installation of cladding systems.
Responsibilities
- Install ACM panels(premade) according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to secure panels in place
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during the installation process
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weather-tight finishes
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents on-site
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction and carpentry
- Prior experience in construction or exterior cladding installation preferred
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to read blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various tasks
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Good physical stamina for working at heights, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods
