Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Window Cleaning Services
Barrie & Simcoe County | Paid Training | Uncapped Commission
We are currently hiring three motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing door-to-door sales team promoting residential window cleaning services throughout Barrie, Orillia, and Simcoe County.
This is a high-performance, field-based sales role suited for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, engaging directly with homeowners, and earning based on results. Success in this position requires resilience, consistency, and strong communication skills. We want to be transparent: this role is challenging and fast-paced, and not everyone finds it to be the right fit, but for those who stay committed, the earning potential can be substantial.
Compensation
Training Period (First 5 Days):
After Training:
- Commission-only compensation structure
- Earn 20% commission on closed sales
- Increase to 35% commission after reaching 20+ closed sales per month
- Earn 30% commission on service add-ons, including:
- Eavestrough cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Screen services
Typical earnings:
- Strong performers: $1,500–$2,000+ per week
- Top performers: $5,000–$10,000+ per month
Individual results vary based on performance, consistency, and effort.
Training attendance is required during the first month.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should have:
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout Simcoe County
- A smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Willingness to wear company-branded apparel
- Ability to follow established sales processes and scripts
- Commitment to completing onboarding materials and passing a short open-book training assessment before the first day
Employment Details

- Approximate contract term: 6-7 months

- Estimated earnings equivalent: $18–$50+/hour, depending on results
