Cityscape Cleaning Crew is looking for experienced independent residential cleaners and small cleaning companies in Guelph who want to add recurring customers to their schedules.
Cityscape finds and closes the customers for you. After the initial deep clean, you keep 100% of all future recurring cleaning revenue.
How It Works
Cityscape handles:
- Advertising and lead generation
- Finding and qualifying homeowners
- Following up and closing the customer
- Quoting the initial deep clean
- Working out the proposed recurring price
- Booking the first appointment
You handle:
- Completing the initial deep clean
- Providing your own supplies, equipment, transportation, and labour
- Taking over the recurring customer after the first clean
- Handling all future scheduling, communication, cleaning, and payment collection
Before anything is assigned to you, you will see the customer’s location, home details, initial-clean date, recurring frequency, and proposed recurring price.
You can accept or decline every customer opportunity.
How You Get Paid
If the customer continues with you after the initial deep clean, Cityscape keeps the payment from that first visit.
After that, the customer becomes directly yours and you keep 100% of all future recurring cleaning revenue.
Cityscape does not take an ongoing commission or percentage.
If the customer decides not to continue for reasons unrelated to your work, the eligible revenue from the initial deep clean is split 50/50 between you and Cityscape.

Customers may require weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning.
Your Pricing
You choose the hourly rate you want Cityscape to use when pricing recurring customers.
Cleaner rates may generally fall around $25 to $50 in gross revenue per cleaning hour, depending on experience, location, and the type of work.
Your rate can affect how many customers we can match you with.
A lower rate may fit more customer budgets and help you fill your schedule faster.
A higher rate may mean earning more per cleaning hour, but fewer customers may fit that price.
You choose the rate that makes sense for you.
Earning Potential
For example, a biweekly customer paying $150 per visit could generate approximately $3,900 in gross revenue over one year if they stayed for the full year.
Actual earnings depend on customer retention, frequency, home size, cleaning time, travel, supplies, taxes, expenses, and your cleaning speed.
Cityscape does not guarantee a specific hourly rate, number of customers, hours, or income.
