Position Summary
The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming locker room environment while delivering exceptional service to members and guests. This role includes locker room upkeep, shoe cleaning services, stocking amenities, laundry duties, and assisting with overall clubhouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, washrooms, showers, and lounge areas
- Restock towels, toiletries, paper products, and locker room supplies
- Clean, polish, and organize members’ golf shoes
- Assist members and guests with locker assignments and locker requests
- Manage locker keys and maintain locker records
- Complete laundry duties for towels and locker room items
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all locker room areas regularly
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low
- Assist with tournament and event setup/cleanup when required
- Support other golf operations and clubhouse departments as needed
- Ensure a high level of member service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Previous hospitality, golf course, or clubhouse experience is considered an asset
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.10-$22.00 per hour
