Duties
- Assist with the installation of interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and related hardscape features according to project specifications.
- Prepare work sites by organizing materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the installation process.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely, including hand tools, power tools
- Support the crew in measuring and marking layouts to ensure precise placement of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
- Digging, grading, and preparing work sites
- Laying and installing interlock stones
- Filling, leveling, and compacting materials
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or hardscape installation is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards on all job sites.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
