Seeking 1st to 4th year apprentice heavy duty mechanic to assist with lifts and heavy machinery at Powder King. Minimum 1st year heavy duty mechanic schooling. Wages depend on experience and training. Please provide 3 credible references. The successful candidate must be able to communicate, operate in challenging conditions, and be able to work well with others.
Duties will include:
- Assisting head heavy duty mechanic on all maintenance of heavy duty machinery
- Assisting head heavy duty mechanic in repair of all heavy duty machinery
- Able to assist in detailed documentation of all machinery status
- Work in changing environments from heated shop to challenging conditions
- Solution thinker
Remote working experience a plus. Staff accommodations are available. Position is available immediately and could be permanent; the resort is seasonal but the work for this position is year round.
