Install exterior siding materials including vinyl, aluminum, wood and fiber cement on residential and commercial buildings. Measure, cut and fit siding materials according to specifications. Prepare surfaces, install insulation and moisture barriers. Secure siding using hand and power tools. Ensure proper alignment, fastening and finishing of siding panels. Follow building codes, safety regulations and company procedures. Work outdoors and at heights in various weather conditions.
A post-secondary education in construction, civil engineering or a related field is considered an asset. A Master’s degree in a related field will be considered a strong advantage.
