We're looking for friendly, organized Hosts to create a warm first impression and set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. You'll manage reservations, welcome guests, and support our team in delivering seamless service in a fast-paced environment. The Role:
As a Host, you'll create an exceptional first and last impression for every guest. You'll warmly welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and help keep service running smoothly by maintaining an organized and inviting front-of-house experience.
You will:
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and organized guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Greet, seat, and thank guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, and table flow to support seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with managers and the service team to maintain pacing and guest satisfaction.
- Provide accurate wait times, assist with special requests, and help resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance area.
