We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the packaging process for meat in cooler, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package meat in cooler
- Operate packaging machinery efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related operational roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable working in cold environment
Pay: $17.60 per hour
