THE ROLE: HOUSEPERSON
As a Houseperson, you play a key role in supporting our Housekeeping, Inspection, and Guest Services teams. You’ll be the go-to person for delivering items to our vacation rental homes and around Whistler, unloading and organizing linens, providing logistical support to the housekeeping team, restocking supplies, collecting trash/recycling, and fulfilling guest delivery requests.
This position is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent follow-through. You’ll spend much of your day out and about, going from home to home, assisting teammates, and keeping things running smoothly. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys being on their feet and staying busy.
Typical work hours for this position are 12 pm-6 pm, perfect for someone who wants to maximize morning laps in the bike park or other activities!
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HOUSEPERSON:
- You arrive for work ready to hit the ground running.
- You assist with managing inventory and stock supplies.
- You are happy to jump in and help as a runner wherever needed.
- Typically, your day will wind down with sorting linen.

- You are a go-getter and have the ability to self-manage and act proactively
- You are a clear, concise and confident communicator with a professional demeanour
- You are an excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude
- You are a natural helper and enjoy putting plans into motion and jumping in to assist your team members when necessary
- You are not afraid of heavy lifting and feel comfortable moving and lifting up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of the Whistler area is an asset
- Basic knowledge of vacation rentals and/or hotels is an asset
- You have a strong command of the English language, both written and oral
- Valid BC drivers license is mandatory for this position.
