Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Employees to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment handling
- Manage cash handling accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food presentation and upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Support team members during busy periods, including serving, cashiering, and basic kitchen tasks
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
