Growth Marketing Manager
Help Build One of Canada's Most Trusted Mental Health Brands
Location: Toronto, ON (Predominantly in-person with some flexibility for hybrid work)
Why Straight Up Health?
At Straight Up Health, we believe mental health support should be proactive, accessible, and centered around real human connection.
We support children, teens, young adults, and the people who care for them through therapy, coaching, nutrition, and education. Our mission is simple: help more people access the right support, at the right time.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to help more families discover our services and build one of Canada’s most trusted mental health brands.
This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing function—not just inherit one.
You’ll have the freedom to develop strategy, test new ideas, launch campaigns, build partnerships, and help shape the future of Straight Up Health as we continue to grow.
We’re looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of building something meaningful and wants to see their work create a measurable impact.
What You’ll Own
This is a hands-on growth role focused on increasing awareness, generating qualified client inquiries, and building scalable marketing systems.
You’ll combine strategy, creativity, and analytics to help more families find and access mental health support.
You will own key marketing initiatives across paid advertising, digital campaigns, social media, creative, analytics, and partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and improving—not simply maintaining existing marketing activities.
