Royal Fence & Deck Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Stone Interlock Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial outdoor construction projects, including interlocking stone, fencing, decking, and landscaping.
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled installer with proven experience in interlocking stone projects who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and can contribute positively to a professional crew environment.
Responsibilities
· Install interlocking stone driveways, walkways, patios, and retaining walls
· Perform site preparation, excavation, grading, and base installation
· Operate construction equipment and power tools safely
· Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards
· Maintain a clean and safe worksite
· Work effectively with crew members and project supervisors
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of interlock installation experience
· Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, compaction, and drainage practices
· Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
· Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and compaction equipment is an asset
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
· Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
