Equine Care & Farm Worker
Part-Time | Approximately 25–30 Hours per Week
At Harmony Ridge, we believe great horsemanship begins with presence, consistency, and respect—for the horses, the land, and each other.
We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, appreciates a peaceful farm environment, and takes pride in doing the little things well. We're seeking someone who values thoughtful horsemanship, believes in treating horses as individuals, and wants to be part of a farm that prioritizes quality care over simply getting the job done.
If you're someone who notices what needs to be done without being asked, enjoys caring for animals and property, and is looking for a meaningful role within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and willing to pitch in wherever needed
