We collaborate with exceptional clinicians who share our commitment to clinical excellence, patient relationships, and continuous professional growth.We are currently seeking an experienced and personable Traveling Periodontist to join our expanding network. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple established practices, providing advanced periodontal and implant care while enjoying flexibility and professional support.
About the Role
As a Traveling Periodontist with True North DPO, you’ll work alongside talented general dentists and clinical teams to deliver specialized care, mentor in-office teams, and strengthen periodontal service offerings across the network
The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, adaptable, and patient-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full scope of periodontal treatments, including surgical and non-surgical therapy, grafting, crown lengthening, and implant placement
- Collaborate closely with general dentists and interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute comprehensive care
- Diagnose and manage periodontal conditions using evidence-based clinical protocols
- Perform implant surgery and related restorative coordination
- Educate and guide clinical staff on periodontal procedures, treatment coordination, and patient education
- Travel to multiple partner practices within Ontario (travel schedule to be coordinated based on availability and patient demand)
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD and specialty certification in Periodontics (recognized by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario)
- Valid RCDSO license and professional liability insurance
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in periodontics and implant dentistry (preferred)
- Exceptional surgical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both patients and clinical teams
- Willingness to travel to multiple practices on a rotational schedule
