Role Overview:
As our Sales Director, you will play a central role in shaping our sales strategy, leading our sales team, and driving our company to new heights. Your unique combination of technical expertise, strategic sales insight, and a customer-centric approach, enriched by exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic leadership will be pivotal in understanding and addressing our customers’ needs.
In this vital position, you will play a key role in leading and expanding our B2B team, increasing our value to our existing customers, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include supporting our current account managers, inside sales and customer service specialists, enabling them to meet their objectives, setting new goals, providing training, and scaling our team. As we position ourselves for significant growth in 2025, our focus will be on acquisitions to ensure the attainment of our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Lead and expand the sales team, including Customer Service, Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Email Sales, and Outside Sales.
Utilize marketing technology insights, including LTV, ROAS, PPC, and CAC, in cooperative support with Marketing to inform sales strategies and decisions.
Double down on Conversion rates from Quote to Sales using established methodologies, best practices, and creativity.
Evolving the lead generation strategy and execution to enable new client acquisition.
Foster a team-oriented environment with a focus on learning, development, and high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product knowledge, technical understanding, and market positioning.
Leverage our ever-evolving ERP system for sales process optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
Strong mechanical aptitude and/or engineering background, with the ability to read drawings, RFQs and submit to construction tenders.
Proficient in marketing technologies and data analysis tools, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and deep familiarity with ERP systems.
A global mindset with the ability to think locally and act dynamically.
