Experience: 8+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, integrations, enhancements, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules along with hands-on experience in integrations, reporting, payroll support, and cloud updates.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support engagements.
- Configure and support modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Develop and maintain integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Customize solutions using Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, BPM workflows, and security configurations.
- Support payroll processing, production issues, data migration, and system enhancements.
- Perform quarterly release impact analysis, regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Pay: $43,670.16-$133,376.38 per year
