Compensation: Competitive percentage split (based on experience)

CMD Athletics and Therapy is a performance-focused training and wellness facility dedicated to helping clients move, feel, and perform at their best. We work with a diverse client base including athletes, active adults, rehabilitation clients, and individuals focused on long-term health and recovery.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and client-focused freelance Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Assess clients’ conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and treatment notes
- Collaborate with trainers and other health/wellness professionals within the facility
- Educate clients on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and self-care strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with athletes, active populations, or rehabilitation clients is considered an asset
