Century 21 B.J. Roth Realty Ltd. has 10 offices throughout Simcoe, York & the Muskoka’s and has been serving our communities since 1982. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and hardworking individual who is excited about real estate for a front desk administrator/receptionist position in our AURORA office location.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a professional manner
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
- Schedule and confirm listing appointments
- Handle a multi-line phone system
- Scan, copy, print and upload documents
- Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system
- Assist Realtors with typing offers, waivers, amendments etc.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintaining overall office appearance
Qualifications
- Pleasant phone manner and good communication skills are essential
- Good verbal and written skills, with accuracy, and attention to detail
- Must be trustworthy, organized, and dependable
- Able to manage details, and follow through with tasks to completion
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Highly motivated with willingness to take initiative
- Strong awareness of deadlines and good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient with office technology (multi-function copier/printer/scanner, printer, etc.)
- Must be a self-starter and fast learner
- Candidates with experience using Brokerbay/Skyslope/REALM will be given priority consideration.
