Commercial Transport Inspector/Mechanic
Full Time Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

$40 - $50 per hour
We are a growing and forward-thinking truck and trailer repair facility. We tackle our customers’ high expectations and exceed them with quality workmanship and pride. We have over a 30-year history of repairing and maintaining fleets in the lower mainland of BC.
What we are looking for:
We are hiring a TOP SHELF, motivated commercial transport inspector/ mechanic for our shop. We want a working commercial truck and trailer commercial vehicle mechanic not afraid of getting their hands dirty and working in a busy truck and trailer repair shop. Our ideal candidate is a reliable, honest person, with strong people skills and the ability to work within a team environment. Do you love to work with tools, do you work on your own vehicles in your spare time, are you mechanically inclined? Do you love to solve problems, and don’t give up until you are successful? If so, you may be a great fit for this role.
What you bring to us:
· BC CVSE licensed Inspector and Red Seal Mechanic
· Experience working on automotive, commercial transport or heavy-duty equipment
· Able to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical problems
· Experience in welding and fleet
· Familiar with repairing modern exhaust systems
· Valid class 3 license or equivalent
· Comfortable using a laptop. J Pro, Insite and other diagnostic software
· Comfortable using online and published service manuals for diagnosis and repairs
