Brunch Cook
We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant, bakery, and café in Old Ottawa South known for our scratch-made food, desserts, and weekend brunches. We are looking for a reliable cook who can work independently, stay organized during busy services, and take pride in producing quality food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute brunch service
- Follow recipes and plating standards
- Complete daily prep and station setup
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Manage inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience required
- Ability to work independently and manage a station
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Availability from Wednesday to Sunday is required
Pay : $20 -$22 per hour and generous tip out
