We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator to join our organization’s development team. This role is vital in planning and executing fundraising initiatives that support our mission. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage and update donor databases, ensuring accurate records of contributions and interactions
- Coordinate volunteer efforts for fundraising events and campaigns
- Conduct research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email outreach, and promotional materials
- Cultivate relationships with donors and community partners through excellent customer service
- Track and analyze fundraising data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Prepare reports on fundraising activities and outcomes for leadership review
Skills
- Strong marketing skills with experience in digital outreach and social media promotion
- Excellent customer service skills to engage donors, volunteers, and community members effectively
- Ability to conduct research on potential funding sources and community partners
- Experience working with fundraising tools, event planning, or volunteer coordination is a plus
