We partner with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and manufacturing organizations to support production operations, logistics initiatives, and new vehicle launch programs. As our business continues to expand throughout the United States and Canada, we are seeking an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting customers through successful program launches.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Automotive Sales & Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships throughout the North American automotive market.
This role combines business development, account management, and program support responsibilities to help customers identify and implement effective material handling and packaging solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing new customer relationships
- Expanding existing customer accounts
- Generating and managing RFQ opportunities
- Supporting supplier approval initiatives
- Coordinating customer launch activities
- Growing Flexus Industries' presence throughout North America
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new OEM, Tier 1, and manufacturing opportunities
- Develop relationships with purchasing, engineering, operations, and program management teams
- Generate qualified RFQs and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Support supplier approval and vendor qualification initiatives
- Represent Flexus Industries at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
- Coordinate customer requirements with engineering and operations teams
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and project requirements
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
Program Management Support
- Support automotive launch programs and implementation activities
- Coordinate customer timelines and project requirements
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
- Track project milestones and key deliverables
- Assist with successful program execution from quotation through launch
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records
- Document customer meetings and follow-up activities
- Track RFQ activity and project status
- Submit regular activity and pipeline updates
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or related B2B sales (
- Demonstrated success developing new business opportunities
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or automotive manufacturing organizations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently
- Experience managing RFQs, quotations, and customer projects
