Law Clerk - Commercial Lending

Our client, a highly regarded full service law firm located in the core is in need of a Commercial/Private Lending Law Clerk to join its coveted team.
This role will work alongside a genuinely nice senior partner with an outstanding reputation within the legal community.
In this role you will work within the Commercial Real Estate / Financial Lending practice carrying out sophisticated transactions. You will ensure client expectations, instructions and requests are satisfied in a timely manner while maintaining positive client relationships.
Your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Filing opening;
- Drafting documents for Lenders;
- Conducting property, PPSA, bankruptcy and writ searches and requisitions;
- Follow up with borrower's lawyers;
- Review and complete the private mortgages, deeds, discharge of charges, notices, applications, liens;
- Review agreement of purchase and sale;
- Prepare lender's final reports;
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently is essential.
The ability to work from home three days a week!
A salary commensurate with experience and benefit package is being offered.
