- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create engaging visual content including graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to promote property listings and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility of property listings and company website.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively.
- Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before publishing.
- Assist with e-commerce strategies related to property listings or related products/services.
- Collaborate with the team on creative brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and real estate industry developments.
