The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for supporting SAP payroll reporting, testing activities, and system-related initiatives. In this role, you will provide technical guidance and support to Payroll Analysts, help resolve complex system-related issues, and contribute to payroll projects and process improvements. You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure system accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
Provide day-to-day technical support on SAP payroll, including payroll reporting, system testing, and issue investigation
Assist Payroll Management with investigating and resolving complex payroll discrepancies, including those related to system calculations, reporting, and integrations
Support SAP payroll testing cycles, including validating system changes, identifying defects, and ensuring outputs align with expected results
Support year-end activities, including preparation, validation, reconciliation, and filing of tax forms (T4, T4A, Relevé 1), ensuring compliance with CRA requirements

Hands-on experience working with SAP payroll, including exposure to payroll reporting, testing, or system issue resolution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technology teams
