Job Duties
- Create job profiles, issue job numbers, obtain all pertinent information from customer.
- Maintain, review jobs everyday ensuring this is communicated.
- Co-ordinate trucking of equipment and materials to site.
- Dispatching crews to Jobs ensuring all are ready and competent to perform the task at hand, this may require after hours or weekend work.
- Scheduling and organizing all equipment maintenance.
- Work with office administrators to ensure rental and owned equipment is accounted for on invoicing.
- Ordering and purchasing shop supplies and job materials.
- Assisting in quoting and budget quoting projects large and small.
- Assisting in new hires with job packages and contractor expectations.
