Position: PT - Entry Level Helper
Hours: 5h - 30h / week
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 / hour
We are seeking a part time (5h - 30h / week) individual in an entry level position with room to grow within the company!
- Assist in loading / unloading various materials into truck & trailer by hand including mixed solid waste, construction & demolition debris, aggregates, wood, as well as other misc. materials.
- Moving / spreading aggregate materials.
- Operating hydraulic equipment (training provided).
- Minor paperwork duties.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
*The candidate should be comfortable pushing / pulling up to 100lbs & lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis throughout the shift.
*This position is based in an outdoor work environment & will expose the candidate to various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, & snow.
Experience in manual labor would be an asset.
Class 5 License would be an asset.
Experience operating hydraulic equipment would be an asset.
The ideal candidate would be dependable & able to work with minimal supervision.
*****CSA approved steel toe / compact toe boots covering the ankle are a requirement of this position!*****
$150 annual boot reimbursement (upon completion of probationary period).
