We are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant who are creative, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients transform their spaces. If you love design, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a team environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, and decor that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Provide personalized design consultations, and product recommendations.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current design trends, products, and store promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the design and merchandising team to create inspiring showroom displays.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in furniture, home decor, interior design, or retail sales (preferred).
- A strong eye for design and color coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or coursework in Interior Design or related field (an asset).
