The Role
TS Manufacturing is looking for an Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our team. Working alongside experienced electricians and automation professionals, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience assembling industrial electrical control systems while developing your technical skills in a growing manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in industrial electrical assembly.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble electrical control panels, motor control centres, and junction boxes according to drawings, procedures, and production schedules.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Material.
- Install, wire, label, and terminate electrical components accurately and neatly.
- Use hand and power tools to layout, drill, cut, and assemble control panels.
- Assist with electrical testing, troubleshooting, quality checks, and final preparation for shipment.
- Install electrical controls and devices on automated industrial machinery.
- Maintain organized work areas, electrical inventory, and accurate documentation.
- Support plant maintenance activities as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components is an asset but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly work using both hands.
- Electrical Technician/Technologist education is an asset but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Valid Class G driver's licence.
