What You'll Do
Depending on your strengths and growth within the role, your responsibilities may include:
Patient Experience & Customer Service
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth;
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries;
- Manage appointments, waitlists, and cancellations;
- Follow up with patients as needed;
- Help deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
Operations Coordination
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day needs;
- Help ensure smooth clinic operations;
- Manage inventory and clinic supply orders;
- Assist with improving internal systems and workflows;
- Coordinate administrative and organizational projects.
Marketing & Growth
- Assist with social media management;
- Coordinate photo and video content collection;
- Support marketing campaigns and newsletters;
- Monitor Google reviews and online reputation;
- Help organize community and sporting events.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track clinic statistics and key performance indicators;
- Assist with referral and partnership follow-ups;
- Help optimize clinic systems and operational processes.

Qualifications & Assets
- Experience in administration, coordination, or office management;
- Customer service experience;
- Interest in healthcare, sports, wellness, or fitness;
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Experience with Jane App or clinic management software is considered an asset.

Compensation: Based on experience (approximately $20–$25/hour)
