Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers at the bar as well as staff members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a extremely fast-paced environment
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times for customers
